Tony Margolis, Bob Emfield, and their wives dreamed up the idea of Tommy Bahama, a lifestyle of never leaving the beach. Basing clothing on this concept, they founded Tommy Bahama Group, Inc. in 1993. Their clothing inspires a total state of mind, where the sun shines, the ocean is welcoming, and easy-breezy styles are a must. When you walk into any Tommy Bahama store, you will instantly feel a “beachy vibe” that makes you want to kick back on a lounge chair with a cold drink, or head out on the boat for a relaxing day at sea. Fred Olivieri Construction Company worked on our first Tommy Bahama project in 2015, and we have worked on several since then. Our sister company, MRO Built, furnished the custom millwork that goes into each of these beautiful stores. In 1996, the clothing brand decided to open their first restaurant in Naples, Florida. These restaurants can be found throughout the United States, with FOCC completing one in Plano, TX. We have also had the opportunity to build a Marlin Bar in Estero, FL, their newest concept.
