Ruth's Chris Steak House

Ruth’s Chris Steak House is the world’s largest fine dining company. It was founded in 1965 by Ruth Fertel, known as the “First Lady of Steak.” Ruth risked it all by mortgaging her home to buy a small 60-seat steak house in New Orleans, Louisiana. Fred Olivieri Construction Company utilized our construction contractor services with Ruth’s Chris in 2022. The restaurant is located just outside of Boston in Worcester, Massachusetts. Building any fine dining restaurant has its challenges in terms of unique needs and requirements. Construction during the COVID-19 pandemic proved to make this project more challenging than most. Construction needed to be put to a halt, and we did not achieve completion until nearly two years later. The wait was worth it, and the restaurant turned out beautifully.
