Panera Bread established in 1987 in St. Louis, Missouri. The company was called "St. Louis Bread Company," and their dream was to put a loaf of delicious homemade sourdough bread in every home. Fast forward to present day; Panera Bread is now currently franchised and a part of one of the largest fast casual restaurant platforms in the United States. Panera Bread is part of the Panera Brands – including popular brands like Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels. When you enter Panera Bread, you will instantly smell fresh bread baked daily, other delicious baked goods, sandwiches, soups, and a variety of foods that encompass their well-balanced menu. Fred Olivieri Construction Company has been incredibly fortunate to establish a great working relationship with Covelli Enterprises, one of Panera Breads' largest franchisees in Ohio. We have gained a plethora of experience in being the general restaurant contractor on dozens of ground-up and tenant improvement locations.
