Expanding Learning Spaces: Fred Olivieri is the Premier School Contractor

Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (CVCA) serves over 1,050 students and 700+ families across grades 6-12, spanning eight counties. Recently, we had the privilege of partnering with CVCA to expand their campus with a new 17,000-square-foot classroom addition. This expansion features 10 new classrooms, a state-of-the-art science lab, updated faculty planning spaces, and modernized facilities for the Office of Academic Success and Instruction Services (OASIS) and the Smart Lab.

The design also includes a beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard, enclosed on all four sides, with stamped patio furniture and synthetic turf. To ensure the project’s success, we coordinated closely with the school to perform specific work during scheduled holiday breaks when school was not in session. Additionally, we proactively pre-ordered all electrical and HVAC equipment to mitigate potential delays in material lead times. This meticulous planning and collaboration ensured the project was completed efficiently and effectively.
