Abercrombie & Fitch

The original Abercrombie Co. was founded in 1892 in New York City by David T. Abercrombie. Ezra Fitch (a wealthy lawyer, real estate developer, and devoted Abercrombie customer) bought a significant stake in the business in 1900. In 1904, it was incorporated and renamed as Abercrombie & Fitch Co. The company continued to grow and have success over many decades. In 1998, the brand launched “Abercrombie Kids” to reach new clientele. Shortly after this they launched an additional brand known as “Hollister Co.” – this new concept focused on the optimistic and laid-back California style. Fred Olivieri Construction Company has been working with Abercrombie & Fitch since 2015 and has completed 12 projects in various states, including their prototype store in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout our partnership, we have been fortunate to gain experience building for three of their brands, Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids, and Hollister.
