Founded by Steve Ells in 1993, Fred Olivieri Construction Company is proud to say that we have been a general construction contractor for this client from the beginning. Chipotle was the first restaurant chain to establish Fast Casual dining in which customers can watch their food prepared in front of them. They specialize in bowls, tacos, and mission burritos. In 2019 and 2020, Fred Olivieri Construction received the honor of being named Chipotle’s “contractor of the year,” we were humbled by the acknowledgement and proud to have been selected as their #1 general construction contractor in the United States. Our company is incredibly active in building Chipotle ground-up restaurants and working on tenant improvement locations. We are proud to have built the first ever “Chipotlane Digital Kitchen” in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This concept eliminates the dining room area and is only a kitchen where customers can place their orders digitally before driving through to pick up their food. Fred Olivieri Construction has built over 150 Chipotle’s across the United States, and we look forward to many more successful years of partnership ahead.
