Our Concrete Division opened in 1999 to serve both Fred Olivieri Construction Company and outside vendors.

Leon Vitale, a 37-year industry veteran, is general superintendent of the concrete division. He is supported by four qualified place and finish crews, including a staff of 20 experienced foremen, cement finishers, laborers, operators and carpenters.

The concrete division installs footers, concrete walls, piers, slab on grade, slab on deck, structural slabs (on grade or suspended). All site work performed by our crews, including slip form curb, is done with our own curb and gutter machine. We work for a variety of commercial, retail and restaurant customers throughout northeastern Ohio.

We appreciate that time is money, so we strive to produce the highest quality product at a competitive price and completed on time to ensure that your business can be open on schedule.
